Weekly Illustration Challenge, 2006-2007
Illustration Friday was a weekly creative challenge and portfolio-building community for illustrators of all skill levels, founded by Penelope Dullaghan in 2003. Each week featured a prompt, and participants created and shared original artwork responding to the theme.
I participated actively during 2006-2007, using the prompts to explore different techniques, subjects, and styles. The platform helped thousands of illustrators develop their skills and build portfolios until the site was compromised by spammers in 2020.
