Teams for the hunt will contain 4-6 people. You can submit a team entry by entering all of the names together on this form, or by having each individual submit his or her information separately. If each individual submits separately, please ensure that you all use the same team name, so that your entries will be matched together for the hunt.
You may also enter as an individual or an incomplete team, and we will match individuals and sub-teams into full teams.
