| Long-Short Technology TRAKRS are unique, non-traditional futures contracts designed to provide investors with a simple, efficient, cost-effective way to invest in a long-short, hedge fund-like investment strategy. Long-Short Technology TRAKRS are designed to track the Long-Short Technology TRAKRS Index, a total return index that seeks to outperform the Nasdaq 100 Index. To seek to achieve this result, the Long-Short Technology TRAKRS Index will be comprised of long positions in individual technology stocks and short positions in technology sectors. These short positions will result in a positive cash flow that will be used to leverage the Index's long stock exposure and/or generate additional yield. | |
