Web Designer and Developer, 2000-2003 Built XHTML/CSS websites for Merrill Lynch's Intelligent Technologies Group, the digital innovation division of their online brokerage. Designed and developed landing pages, email campaigns, and microsites optimized for .NET environment. Focused on browser compatibility and user interface design during the Netscape/IE browser wars era.

Also created print materials including recruitment advertising, brochures, trade show graphics, and PowerPoint presentations targeting MIT graduates and technical professionals.

Intelligent Technologies Group was Merrill Lynch's digital innovation division, developing online brokerage platforms from 2000-2003.

During this period, ITG competed with emerging day-trading platforms, bringing institutional-grade trading tools to retail investors while maintaining Merrill Lynch brand standards.
