This section is is designed to mimic elements of the CTDS design system
Online resource for all things related to the enterprise content management system, Sitecore, and the state-wide design system. My contributions included:
Data portal for the Connecticut State Board of Education. Most pages are embedded with iframes to dynamic data feeds. Designed two versions of the site, the live one, and a prototype using the 2023 state-wide rebrand with new UX.
2023 design update to state-wide rebranding. Client needed section landing pages. Project still in development when I left.
The design team was tasked with enhancing our knowledge base. User research included corporate, news, and other state websites. The list of desired new enhancements included blog elements, sticky column for anchor tagging long articles, and increasing accessibility. Our overall mission was giving it just enough new features without being an actual page. This project was still in the wireframe stage when I left.
In compliance with the Connecticut Data Privacy Act, contractors and employees took monthly cybersecurity classes by SANS Institute in the form of videos and follow-up quizzes. For their effort at making paragraphs of exposition sound conversational, we fondly referred to this particular group of actors as the SANS Security Awareness Players.
