Conference Fees

$695 - Early Bird Fee (Deadline July 19)

$795 - Regular Registration Fee (After July 19 Deadline)

NOTE: Registration Closes on Sept. 6

Guest Fee

$250 - Fees include all conference sessions, meals and activities (your hotel reservation is separate).

Cancellation Policy

All registration cancellations and transfers MUST be made in writing. Cancellations received on or before August 23, 2013 are 100 percent refundable. After August 23, 2013, a 3% processing fee will be deducted. No refunds are available after September 6, 2013, so please plan accordingly. You may substitute a participant at no additional charge. Cancelling your conference registration does not cancel your hotel reservation.
