WBZ Head for Home

2006 Marketing mini-site for a local radio station. This is a structural rebuild of a website I originally designed in 1999. "Head for Home" was considered an artistic, marketing, and visual design success for its time, but showing it to a current audience exposed the technical shortcomings of its era. The overall challenge was modernizing the site without destroying its original flavor. It took about 40 hours to completely overhaul the architecture. After creating and testing new XHTML/CSS templates, tasks includes stripping the content from old markup (font tags, table layout, image maps, etc.), rebuilding the room UX from scratch, and creating new graphics.
